Gram's Monster Cookies

Gram's monster cookies are gooey with just the right amount of sweet. The peanut butter, oats, and chocolate blend together in a giant cookie that you're sure to love!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4.5-5 cups oatmeal
  • As many chocolate chips as you want
  • As many M&Ms as you want (we use dye-free)

Directions

Step 1

Mix butter, sugar, and peanut butter together

Step 2

Add vanilla, honey, and eggs. Mix the ingredients in.

Step 3

Finally,  add baking soda, oats, and chocolate chips. Mix again.

Step 4

Preheat oven to 350

Step 5

Scoop cookies onto a cookie sheet with parchment paper and gently press M&Ms down into the tops

Step 6

Bake for about 10 minutes until just done. They will be light brown.

Step 7

Cool on parchment paper for about 10 minutes and then move to a baking rack (optional) to finish cooling.
